Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues :
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions or non-returnable items :
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personalised items and personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges :
For a quick exchange, return the item once your exchange request has been approved, then make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive.

 

14-day withdrawal period (EU) :

For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day withdrawal period applies, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.

 

Refunds : 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that additional time may be required depending on your bank. If 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support.truthh@gmail.com
